2008 vw t5 2.5l diesel nearly camper

2.5l tdi diesel six speed flying machine. Electric windows/mirrors, central locking.

Fully insulated(photos show some stages: metal protected/dodo sound deadening, thermo insulation, recycled plastic insulation in walls/floor/ceiling), new clutch, new turbo, full service, leisure battery with split relay, ehu plug in with points, 12v lights and charger, fully protected floor-insulated-new wood etc. new radio waiting to be fitted. (€4600 spent on it at least!!!).

Fitted t5 kitchen with plugs/control panel etc.
Two side windows - sliding window on drivers side
New portable gas hob with camping gaz canister and brand new unused two ring electric hob when on ehu.
New wireless reversing camera system.
Roll out 110cm double bed/seat.
New rollers on top/bottom of slide door.
Extra usb points in cockpit.
Folding double seat.
Table and toilet included (with pop up tent if needed).
20m ehu cable.
New van battery
New leisure battery.
New roof bars
Tow bar
Front bull bar

Option 1: €8750(o.v.no)-buy as is (fully ready van) to go through vrt.

Option 2:€13500 - I will get the final €400 of work done (new glow plug harness)…. And through the sqi/vrt system as a camper.
Plus one full year of tax.

If a good offer is made in either scenario I will include folding solar panel and power station (solar panel charges leisure battery too).

Passed van cvrt in March / it will go through full camper cvrt after sqi/vrt if you want to buy it at the full price.

Small paint blemishes but I plan on fully treating and rapturing it if I get it classified as a camper.
