1986 Volkswagen wbx 1.9 petrol high top waterc

Watercooled T3 (T25) campervan (high top), running on regular petrol*. I bought him a couple of years ago with plans to renovate the inside (it's outdated) and travel, but I simply don't have the time. It's running but as you can see from the photo's, the van needs some TLC.

*I opted for a petrol van because diesel is prohibited in many countries on mainland Europe, especially near cities

Additional info
- I expect there is a leak near the kitchenette (could be as simple as the window frame)
- recently got through the NCT (7 May 2024)
- I have not used the fridge/cooker on the few day trips I took and would recommend checking if all is up to standard (it looks fine, but safety first)
- tyres are from autumn 2021, drove less than 1000km after that
- former owner removed the roof liner to replace but didn't get around to doing it
- van has very little rust particularly for its age (until 2018 the van was in the south coast of England, has Irish reg since then)
- I have not used the screen
