what are the mounting options? I have a slider that I connect to my tripod base plate with a 3/8" threaded screw in the centre of the slider and then screw in the tripod head on top, with supports for the ends of the slider to make sure it's robust. I'd be interested in replicating that set up, so ...

1. does the track have 3/8" threads on it and where are they
2. does it have any 1/4" threads on it and where are they
