This is a BelOMO Vilia, a vintage 35mm film camera produced in the Soviet Union.
It was manufactured by the BelOMO company in Minsk, Belarus, between 1973 and 1986.
The camera uses standard 35mm film and is equipped with a fixed Triplet 69-3 40mm f/4 lens.
It offers manual control for aperture and shutter speed settings, including speeds from 1/30 to 1/250 seconds plus 'B' mode.
Focusing is done manually using a focusing ring with distance scales and weather symbols in the viewfinder.
The Vilia features a standard hot shoe for an external flash.
