Cleaning the Carpigiani soft ice cream machine is very easy and smooth, unlike some other manufacturers. Carpigiani 191 Steel is made of stainless steel, which makes it easy to clean even on the outside, and it does not discolor over time either.

With adjustable Overrun in the pump, you can easily choose to produce a creamier or airier soft ice cream.

191 has a really high capacity and can handle 200 100 gram ice creams per hour. The freezer/mixing cylinder with finished soft ice cream is 1.75 liters (0.5 degrees) and the tank/container is 12 liters.
