hi Sophia. The rain cover works for the buggy whichever way you use it- it came with just one cover.

The brown leather cover zips off the bar. I have it on in one of the photos - if you zoom in you can see it. It is not ripped or anything, but has had stickers on it, and a few black marks from flying (I didn’t know you could remove it unfortunately).
The brown leather pushing bar is fine, not perfect , but good. No tears or anything, but a few black marks. It’s a great buggy, I do recommend it. It’s in good condition overall, working perfectly. No foot muff I’m afraid.
