There are a few signs of normal use, including some wear on one of the bumper bars and the rear handlebar, as well as a small tear beside one of the seats. These are shown clearly in the photos and do not affect the use of the buggy.

Replacement handlebar grips, bumper-bar covers and foam are available to purchase online.
