@Vivian Pupin: The posted max weight is 15 kg, but I've had my kids there at around 20 kg, with no problems. The wheels are very smooth, so I could control the buggy at that weight with a single hand. Unfortunately, it doesn't fully recline. I'd say it's about 30 degrees above full horizontal. It's a travel buggy, so I guess the recliner was sacrificed in favour of the weight. Wheels are still very smooth (the buggy was usually used around the airports, so very smooth surfaces), and the brake locks the back wheels and is working fine. We didn't use it on any significant slopes, but up to escalator walkways the brakes had no issues keeping the buggy stationary.

@ham2021: Sorry; we never had such a board, so I don't know how it attaches to a stroller, and whether ours has the required attachment points.

@ham2021: The stroller is rated for up to 15 kg, but we routinely wheeled our kid when it was around 20 kg, and had no issues with steering or pushing.
