This is a brilliant piece of kit.

Brown Leather, full size with brass fittings

Highly recommended for horses who are that bit head shy and or can get to strong leading in hand.

It is lovely and soft on the horses until the horse takes a leap or misbehave.

When the horse in hand takes a hold or messes about the strap below the chin engages and helps to correct their choices when lead.

I have used it to help young horses to learn and understand that when they lead in a quiet respectful manner all is well.
But when they pull or mess they are only creating discomfort for themselves. Which releases the moment the quit pulling or messing. It is also used in retraining mature horses or handling a horse that has a well established habit of being a spicy in hand.

Note this is not a hard instrument but a genuine learning aid and suitable for any horse that needs help to figure out good manners in hand. It's a great tool for a horse that is to strong when leading in hand.

I can't say enough good things about this one.
