Otto Link Tone Edge, size 8 for tenor saxophone.
This mouthpiece was refaced by the now deceased Freddie Gregory. You can see Gregory's signature on the side of the piece. Gregory was a well regarded maker and technician of sax mouthpieces, and he did not make a huge number in his life, so these are quite rare!
