Holy Water glass bottle- Carfin Scotland
A beautiful antique religious holy water bottle.

This bottle has " Souvenir of Carfin on the front and " Holy Water " etched into the glass.
There is a cross with IHS etched on both sides.
Carfin Grotto situated in the Parish of St Francis Xavier in the village of Carfin, near Motherwell, North Lanarkshire, is Scotland's National Shrine to Our Lady of Lourdes. Opened in 1922 by Monsignor Thomas Canon Taylor.
There has been a long association with people from Donegal and Carfin.
This bottle was found in a shed in Donegal and I have cleaned it.
There is a lovely metal crown going through the cork stopper.
A rare find.
This bottle can be collected from Fanad.
