Thank you, it was the buckle strap I was worried about not the arm ones. My daughter has to have hip surgery and casted so I will get back to you, not sure if it will suit as the buckle will need to adjust for the cast! Thanks

@Saoirse O Reilly: hi, Yes — the buckle/harness system is adjustable. You tighten the harness by pulling the strap and loosen it by pressing the release button and pulling the shoulder straps forward. The buckle itself (the crotch buckle and harness clips) doesn’t move independently — but the harness straps attached to it do.
