4 year old Firebird Silver Boilerhouse 26-35kW Oil Boiler.In perfect working condition.
New Boiler is €1,500 not including the flue systems, controls and Oil Tank.

Installed Sept 2022, serviced yearly and most recent service in May 2026.

Flue system, controls and system components come included.

House was recently sold and new owners swapping to Electric Heating.

Oil tank can be included if required.

I can arrange for it to be disconnected but prefer if buyer can arrange this.

@hughieKel: Hi HughieKel, the donedeal man can't come for another week. In the meantime I'm happy to accept €800 for the boiler and all the parts. The tank won't be included. let me know if you wish to do a deal. It's been completely disconnect by a registered plumber and out the front of the house ready to go. Plumber advised it's in perfect condition.
