@mikisedas the boiler can be fully decommissioned and removed by my RGI plumber as he will also be installing my heat pump. Let me know if this works

It have to be removed by rgi due to heatpump instaliation...i didnt say heatphmp guys are rgi,builders ho gone do renovation must have rgi or hire as subcontractor

Once renovation starts,do U think they wouldnt have rgi plumbers to remove all gas apliances if are more,if there is non just shut valve at the meter,all lines will be removed by rgi anyway due to heatphmp instaliation...

I do understand tat im not trying to low ball u mate but if it is removed n refitted diffrent house worranty is gone also any rgi registered gas plumbers can not give cert for it n will not fit second hand boilers wud u take 350 mate or wat wud b best u cud do on it
