Add renewed - We were away unexpectedly for a few months and couldn't undertake viewings. We can now, with reasonable flexibility.

Beautiful 7 Berth Dutch Steel Cruiser (1972), based in Co Cavan.

We are lovingly giving her a new fitout, added 40mm insulation and more modern comforts, whilst keeping her old world charm.

She's 35ft (10.7m) X 10.7ft (3.2m). 4ft (1.2 meter draught)
Newly painted and just returned to the water July '23 with full survey complete.

6 cylinder, marine, keel cooled, 100hp Mercedes engine with paragon gearbox (In 20+ years she has never let us down!)

All fitout in Galley, Dinette, Head and Aft taken back to the steel and rebuilt pressure treated framework adding 40mm solid insulation and double vapour barrier with new marine ply finish.

New 150l water tank (bladder)
New bilge pump
Plumbed for Hot water. Head, no shower (there is room for an all-in-one cassette)
Shore power and rewired with 3pin sockets, USB and 12v chargers throughout
Inverter for above average size fridge, all Led lighting. Gas cooker. Large galley for family cooking.
