How to Reset?
1. Clear pairing records between SOUNDPEATS T2 and all your devices.

2. Take both earbuds out of the charging case and press the multifunction buttons of both earbuds for 10s to turn them off.

3. Long press the multifunction buttons of both earbuds for 10s until the LED lights of both earbuds flash white for 5 times.

A single charge will not give you 30 hours constantly.
ANC ON
Double tap on the left earbud to activate active noise cancelling mode to block the ambient noise around, and switch to transparency mode to let the world in.

Touch Control
Sensitive and comfortable touch control allows your easy access to volume, songs, phone calls, voice assistant, ANC mode and transparency mode.

Q: Do the touch controls allow you to go to the previous track?
A: The touch control does not allow you to go back to previous track. ( Even the manual does not show how to go back to previous track).
Q: Does each ear bud connect to the phone independently or do they connect to each other , left to right or vice versa?
A: The Bluetooth V5.1 technology allows you to use either bud. If you want to use in monaural mode, just put the other one into the charging case..either one would work correctly.
Q: what's the case dimension?
A: 64.8*28.7*41.7mm.
Q: what is the distance you can be away from your phone before they stop working ?
A: The maximum working distance is 10m.
Q: Do these earbuds detection the user wesring them? If i we're to take them off will they pause?
A: They keep playing when you take them off.
