A much maligned military leader who achieved remarkable things. Worth reading for the leadership lessons and organisational insight into how he transformed the 8th Army into a winning force almost overnight. People complain about his interpersonal shortcomings but he won when he had to win and he kept winning and there were very good reasons why that happened which this book explains....
