Custom Silver Gravel / XC wheelset

DCR Big Boy rims (30mm internal)
Sapim Race double butted spokes and brass nipples (28h front and rear).
Bitex BX106 hubs, fitted with centre lock adapters and 160mm rotors front and back, as well as a 10-45 SLX 12 speed cassette (shimano micro spline). they are standard road thru-axle (12x100 front, 12x142 rear).

Setup tubeless with 27.5 x 2.25 (650b x 55mm) Vittoria Mexcal/Barzo combination, both tyres in good used condition. Will also come with two spare TPU tubes.

these wheels have been super solid gravel wheels but I’ve something new on the way so they must go. Just over 1.5 years old, they were built up in January 2025. I have been running them on a gravel bike with 700c x 50mm tyre clearance. will also come with the wheel bag pictured.

Bitex makes all manner of freehubs for this hub set; shimano HG, XD, XDR, Campy etc. as well as different end caps for QR front and rear, 100x15 front, and 135x12 rear if needed.
