Shimano SPD Shoes
Shimano SPD (Mountain Bike) Shoes, size 43 which is UK 9 as far as I know.
Worn a few times but a bit too small for me.
Suit mountain biking, spinning, Fixie, city or trail biking as you can walk around in them with general ease unlike the Road Bike clip systems i.e. Look. The velcro straps make for an easy and secure fit
No SPD cleats included, usually these come with the pedals anyway.
