The bench press can tone arm and chest muscles.

A curl and butterfly station provide definition for shoulders and arms, while the leg-curl works lower and upper thighs, and a cable pulley strengthens the entire group of back muscles.

Has seen very little use as can be seen from pics, like new quality. Very little signs of wear.

Separate stand alone bench now included. Small rip on top corner but solid otherwise. Easy fix with tape or if you’re any good at sewing.
