This Burmese Teak was Salvaged from Clancy Barracks Dublin during Restoration Works in 2012. It was one of the steps from the staircase leading to the Officers Mess. Construction of the Barracks took place in (1798) The wear and tear on the front edge is worn down from footfall on the staircase over the centuries. The riser rebate has been cleaned out, and a slip of White Oak inserted. The bench is fully weatherproof with two coats of Marine Grade Polyurethane. It sits on four heavy-duty duty Hairpin legs.
