Committed to bringing great sounds to bass players, Electro Harmonix bring you the Bass Metaphors Multi Effects Pedal. Serves as a bass guitar preamp, EQ with musical treble and bass bands, and overdrive in a channel strip configuration.


Preamp section has a dry channel, EQ channel and a distortion channel, each with their own level control to add tonal structure with a rock solid foundation. The Bass Metaphors unit has two footswitches for the distortion and bypass, making them easily accessible whilst playing. Both switches have LED lights to show which effects are active.
The unit features a master volume control, distortion control and a switchable compressor. A very colourful EQ when the bass filter and treble filter are combined, it has scooped midranges to very subtle to overt sonic possibilities.
This Multi Effects Pedal has a tough and compact casing, and is uniquely designed by Electro Harmonix. Designed and voiced specifically for bass players, the Bass Metaphors pedal is useful for every player whether recording into a laptop, at a pro studio or playing live.
