Faulty Ford 9000 VNR CD Player/ RDS Stereo & Sat Nav

Ford 9000 VNR CD Player/Stereo & Sat Nav Units for spares repairs. Useful source of parts if you need parts for your own units.

For spare parts, unit is powering up and illuminating but has a missing keypad on left, so all the other functions can not be tested. Also omitted is the small round 'enter' button on the right

Could have other issues, from memory I believe the Radio did work and the CD player did load cd's ok but is being sold cheaply for spare parts or repairs. Maybe useful if you have another one needing parts.

Very rare units and increasingly costly to source...compatible with many Ford vehicles which have Ford double din radio head units such as Ford 6000, Ford 6006E, Ford 5000 etc etc...

If you know about these units you know what they are worth. They were an extra fitted to certain Ford models

Mondeo MK2 and MK3 (where Black 6 CD Changer is installed with model number Ford 6006E)

Focus MK1. Also will fit on some other Ford models approximately 98 onwards...Transit, Fiesta, Puma, Escort, which have the same size double din factory fitted Ford head unit etc

Check configuration on rear and see is it similar to the unit that that you have installed already in your Ford.

Direct replacement for Ford 5000/6000 Units etc. There is one 7 pin and one 8 pin connection on the rear of this head unit for Power and Speakers.


This Unit can also provide Sat Nav all be it from a few years ago now approximately 2003 showing major roads of Europe with the correct CD inserted and GPS Aerial installed.(Please note these are not supplied with the sale)
