I've been using it bridged to power my car sub for a few years. The last 2yrs spent in the shed, I believe is still working (ampli, not sub- sub is gone).
You can test it if you wish, priced very low anyway.
Yes, that's rust on the cover. You can polish it or overspray. I had it in boot, it doesn't bother me :D
There are 4 channels, low and high input, low and high filter, bla bla bla- you can see it all in pictures.
Good piece of metal for a very cheap car stereo project.
