5+ years old, fed exclusively with Caputo Superiore strong flour, used daily to bake a fresh loaf of bread. The starter is very active and fed every day.

Perfect for beginner or experienced bakers.

Can supply strong flour too if needed (1kg for €3.50) Note, regular flour will not produce good loaves.

Simple to follow recipe/instructions can be suppled too for free.

Available for collection in Templeogue or can post.
