Solid Beech and Leather Armchair

Beech and leather quality armchair, purchased in Arnotts ,cost 1000 euros on its own.
Found another online currently priced at 834 sterling RRP on sale at 795 sterling so have included a screenshot in the pictures
Mushroom coloured leather with a honey rich coured beech frame, this is a really solid armchair, very comfortable to sit in.
The leather is in very good condition and is a textured leather rather than smooth
It has no marks on the arms etc but has some cat marks to the front bottom side...not seen due to the textured effect of the leather but took a close up to show. The leather is not torn at all just marked there and again, it not noticable due to the texture of the leather. You can notice it because of the close up picture. Being sold as the owner needs a higher chair so this one is surplus to requirements and being stored in a spare room
Very heavy , will take two people to lift into car or van
