Brendan Lawless Irish Boat Builders Chair
The Irish Boat Builders Chair, based on an 1830’s design, is hand-made using traditional time-honoured techniques by Irish furniture maker Brendan Lawless.

Each chair is made by hand in Brendan’s workshop in his native County Wicklow, Ireland. The ribs are steam-bent, a technique still used by boat-builders today to add strength to wood. The chair is made to order and hand finished in white oak.
This chair is in fair-good condition with signs of wear that have been shown in the images. This is reflected in the price - if you are interested you are welcome to take a look in person before committing as I understand it’s a large amount of money to commit to.
