Amoebe designer armchair by Verner Panton for Vitra
Amoebe was designed in 1970 by Verner Panton for his famous "Visiona" installation, which included several versions of it. Made of upholstered surfaces and a flexible back shell, Amoebe is an extremely comfortable armchair: it consists of a polyurethane foam upholstery, a backrest with a laminate frame and fabric cover. It retails at 1800 EUR.
Note: this armchair has a few flaws as seen in the pictures, which are reflected in the low sale price.
