This third-party accessory for the Super Nintendo allows you to play US Super NES and Japanese Famicom games cartridges on a European Super Nintendo. It works by having two cartridge ports: you insert a PAL cartridge into the rear port and the import cartridge into top port.

The adaptor passes the region-lock signals to the PAL cartridge and all other signals to the NTSC cartridge, thereby fooling the console into thinking it is a domestic game.

I no longer have any US cartridges so It is shown working with 2 PAL cartridges.
