Amstrad CPC464 (Upgraded)

For sale is an Amstrad CPC464. It has been fully tested, and is working perfectly.

It has an internal iRam 1024 board installed, which brings the overall memory up to 1Meg. This will allow the machine to play the full lineup of CPC games - even those that need 128K/CPC6128 games etc - but note, you will need to have a way to load disk images to do this, my pics show an M4 cart for testing, but it is NOT included. There's a small switch installed also to disable the upgraded ram if for any reason that's needed (see pictures.)

The system's tape deck is also functional, as can be seen by the pictures. The power switch has been bypassed as it was working intermittently, so the machine will switch on once you supply power.

The monitor shown in the pics is not part of the sale, it was merely being used for testing as these Amstrad machines are normally powered by their monitors (if you don't have one, you can buy special video cable that will do the same job.)

The machine itself isn't in mint condition, it does have some marks/bumps/bruises to the outer shell, but as can be seen, it has been completely tested right down to the keyboard buttons - all perfect.
