Fully working iPhone 4s downgraded back to IOS 6.1.3

The iPhone is fully working and great condition almost like new but some small scratches

Note the iOS is a slightly weird at times but still is usable like normal

iCloud is off but when I downgraded it it requires my iCloud so if you plan on resetting it then let me know and I’ll take it off as right now you can use it without a problem
