Appears to be working. I tried my Irish 48.ie Sim in it and it registered as per the photo so I guess it must be unlocked. Comes with spare glass screen, Extremely rare and collectible.

I took it off charge last night and just checked this morning. It was in standby all night on battery power only and the battery is still showing maximum.
