Note on Battery: Battery was recently replaced at a repair shop, so it holds a great charge (90% capacity). Like all non-Apple shop battery replacements, iOS displays the standard "Important Battery Message" notification in settings, but it functions perfectly.

iCloud Status: Fully signed out, Find My turned OFF, and reset for the new owner.
