What comes in the box?
Your device will comes in one of our branded boxes, with a brand new, original Apple charger & cable

What is covered by our warranty ?
Absolutely everything apart from physical damage (such as dropping your phone) and water damage!

Will the phone be scratched ?
Our phones are pre-owned, but they are of the highest quality. You will only have lightest signs of usage on the phone, certainly no large marks!

What if I change my mind once I receive the phone ?
No problem! You will have 14 days to return the phone to us for a full refund! (we even pay for the return shipping!)

What does refurbished mean?
Refurbished typically means that there was a part replaced on the phone. This does not apply to all of our phones, as unlike other businesses, we buy our phones in the great condition we sell them, but in the event of a battery having too low of a capacity, we will replace this with a new, fully original battery!

How long does delivery take?
We usually dispatch within 1-2 days of you purchasing. After that, it is up to An Post to deliver your item. You will be provided with a tracking number to track your package every step of the way! 99% of the time it is delivered next day, if orders are in before 3pm.
