They have been painted, as they originally were, and not powder-coated. The wheels are not new and there are some minor imperfections as you would expect in anything 20+ years old. They have not been used since they were refurbished.
Front wheels (bmw part number 3611 7 896 470, and no longer available from bmw) are 8j x 13 eh2.
Rear wheels (bmw part number 3611 7 896 490) are 8. 5j x 13 eh2.
