Baby playmat with dangling stars that make noise when shaking or moved :).....Piano part was missing in the box when arrived so thats all thats missing in it.....But parts are there for it so if you had a piano toy you could put it in!
But everything else is great and still working!!
Also Still in box it came in :)
Never used so brand new and still usuable!
