This dio set is actually 2 schleich sets combined into what i have named it/envisioned it as - a coastal defence/security outpost on cobra island.

The sets already have a factory customisability in regards to the manner of placement of the walled section, removal of the walls, placement of the winch, etc - i chose/created the arrangement pictured - which you can of course change or arrange to your own preference. It is also possible to have 2 separate posts - the possibilities are limited only by the peg hole placement for the rail and bridge support pieces and your imagination. And display space 😉.

Neither set is 100% complete as originally sold - but - each set includes a 2 piece tree with platform and bridge posts; a bridge; a raised deck platform with trap door, railings and bridge posts; a 2 sided roofed section, 2 walls that can be used in either the bottom of the decked or sides of the roofed sections; and a piece of terrain. Though you can make 2 complete separate platforms - there is only one crocodile, one rope ladder, one ladder connector, one tree extension branch (shown with the mini-gun bat), and one winch.

The sets are scaled to work perfectly with vintage and 25th anniversary+ and even the new hiya toys 1/18 scale g. I. Joe figures - and that should hold true for nearly any other 1/18 scale figures as well.

I acquired these sets used and, credit to schleich quality, they are still mostly like new. That being said - the original sellers' disassembly of the sets for postage caused two breaks in two support column connections to the roof in each set. These breaks do not in any way diminish either set - all columns still have a solid connection to their respective parts - but i will be shipping them partially assembled rather than risking more or permanent breakage by disassembly.

Note that the wall pieces can easily be popped in and out - there are 2 wall pieces for each platform -  you can use all or none in your display - and the windows in these walled sections are also removable.

One side of one rope bridge is broken. The broken appearing planks in both bridges are a play feature - creating the peril of falling to the big croc below - they are not actually broken 😅

Again, i just envisioned this as a coastal security outpost on cobra island. Because that's where my mind was at when i saw the first set and then the second a day later. These can just as easily be a joe (put a whale, devil fish, or a couple of sharcs where the moray is) or dreadnok (swamp fire, zanzibar's air skiff, or a couple of water moccasins) outpost - or even 2 of what they were originally sold as 🤷 your sets, your discretionary display enjoyment! 😁 one original instruction booklet is also included.
