This is a well looked after camera. It worked well every time I used it (10-15 times in total). I'm a photographer and a computer person, so I had no problems with setup - some reviews online find setup tricky, personally I didn't come across any issues. Camera is clean has had no bumps. Used for football and recording my daughter surfing (always from van / carpark, well away from any sand etc).
