The Takamine EAN20CX is a Japanese-made jumbo-style electro-acoustic guitar featuring a solid cedar top and solid mahogany back and sides. It is equipped with the popular Takamine CT-4B II preamp system.

The EAN series was part of Takamine's "Natural" line, designed to give the widest and biggest acoustic sound possible, using minimal finish to avoid impeding soundboard vibration. The "X" in EAN20CX denotes a factory-installed pickguard, distinguishing it from the EAN20C, which was originally sold without one.
