McNally Model S Boutique Irish Guitar
Ciaran McNally is, like Dermot Mcilroy and Kurtis Scott, a former lowden employee who went out on his own under his own name building guitars in 2020.
He also worked with the British handmade brand Atkin before launching his own career with his own concept for the acoustic guitar.
His instruments carry elements of both schools of luthiery in that they blend the celtic guitar sound with the dry woodiness of the Americana guitar.
They are impeccably finished and feel and sound excellent.
This one is his equivalent of a 00 size in sitka spruce over rosewood.
It's a short scale, 24.9.
The nut width is 1 3/4 inches with a mild C profile.
The binding is in Koa and the fretboard is ebony.
This is currently fitted with Fishman matrix pickup and comes in its original hard case.
It is in immaculate condition.
