Tulle petticoat.
Used once, in excellent condition.
Velcro close so it is adjustable to fit anywhere from uk6-14.
Stitches were pulled below the velcro to allow free movement but can be redone or perfect to wear as it is.
Two double layers of tulle under top layer.
Very easy to wear.
