Most are gear bags - 1 large one is water resistant, were all used for strapping down on top of hard luggage for long distance tours abroad, came in handy many a time for travel luggage as well.
Also icluded is 1 tank bag (i dont have the tank cap mounting bracket but always just used my own magnets inside to stick to tank), the other tank bag has no mounting point but used to bungee it onto top of tank as extra storage.
