@Vaidas14 sorry for the delay i was away and couldnt measure them till now. The big one is 26cm long by 22cm wide at the widest point.

The smaller one is 23 cm long by 16 cm wide at the widest point.

You can remove the gel from the holder and have it stitched into your seat which was something I was considering as alot of people in the UK do this.
