@byrnecath: apologies for delay. I have family in Cork so I was checking if they were coming to visit any time soon to make collection easier from Waterford. But unfortunately they have no plans to come up here in the immediate future. Postage/courier would be a bit difficult as I don't have any suitable packaging for this as its quite large.
